Basketball Queensland Awards Bundaberg Basketball Inc Committee would like to advise that they have nominated:

Kyle (Wes) Faulkner & Kym Hayworth

to Basketball Qld for their Annual Coach of the Year Awards.

This is recognition for the time & hard work put in by both Wes & Kym over the years.

BBI committee would also like to take this opportunity to thank our many other Volunteer coaches & other Rep coaches who devote their time to helping out Bundaberg Basketball. BBI Committee also hopes that with their recent appointment of Darryn Roche to the role of Director of Coaching (another first for BBI), that we will be nominating coaches every year in recognition of their services to Bundaberg Basketball & Basketball in Qld. Over the last 3 years BBI has seen an increase in junior player numbers, a decrease in Junior Registration Fees and an increase in Junior Rep teams. It is due to the many hours all our BBI volunteers have put in & the mandate by BBI on increasing playing numbers & decreasing fees for our juniors. Well done everyone!

Tuesday Afternoon Training

Training for all Junior players has recommenced on Tuesday afternoons. The session runs from 4pm to 5pm and is run by Bundy Bulls player Isaiah Richardson, with help from several other coaches. This is a terrific way for players to raise their skill level.
