Training with Adam
TERM 3 TRAINING WITH ADAM BEGINS TODAY - THESE TRAINING SESSION TIMES HAVE BEEN UPDATED:
Adam's strength and conditioning training.
Adam is well known at Bundaberg Basketball and is excited to continue his training for our junior athletes with training in strength and conditioning. The aim is to improve athletes skill through their ability to outrun and outlast others on the court with increased strength and endurance.
Adam holds a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, and specialises in sports specific training and strength & conditioning training.
We all know basketball is much more than just ball skills and Adam is ready to help our athletes to reach new levels in their fitness.
$5 per session
(payable on the day)
🏀 U16-U18 Boys & Girls
Mondays 4:00pm - 5:00pm
🏀 U12-U14 Boys & Girls
Thursdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm
